Painting Party - A Chicken Named "Sue"
On Tuesday February 19th at 7:00 pm, Off the Vine is very excited to be "throwing" a Painting Party with the talented Edith Smith (youArt, LLC)! This is just the first of an "inspired" collaboration between us and we are ready to let the creative energies flow.
For the first Painting Party the subject is ------ "A Chicken Named Sue."
Now for the particulars:
*$25.00 per person. No group discounts available. A refund can be issued if you cannot attend as long as notification is given by the Friday prior to the scheduled painting.
*A Painting Party can hold a maximum of 8 (eight) participants. If the class is full, you can sign up and you will be contacted if there is a cancellation. Please make a note next to your name if you would like to attend with another participant on the list for that Painting Party. If there are at least 6 (six) extra participants every effort will be made to hold a second Party within the same month.
*Must have 6 (six) prepaid attendants Friday before the event to hold a Painting Party. For February the date is February 15th.
*If Party is cancelled, prepaid participants will be notified Saturday prior to painting and refunds will be issued. (Cash payments will be refunded at Off the Vine; PayPal payments will be issued through PayPal.)
*Participants should arrive no later than 6:45 pm in order to start on time. Painting Parties will start at 7:00 pm promptly.
*Self-seating; seating is first come, first serve.
*All materials are provided for painting. Be sure to wear something you don't mind getting paint on. Smocks nor aprons are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
*Off the Vine is normally closed on Tuesday, but will have open doors for Painting Party participants. Please do not bring your own drinks. Beverages can be purchased from the menu and "adult beverages" will be available from OtV staff. This event is a "closed door" party and must be limited to only those who are painting.
*These "Parties are intended for adults to have a fun night out, relax, and learn something new. Classes are for adults only.
*"Private Parties" are available. Please contact Edi at youArt, smitheditke@aol.com or by calling (817) 617-9122.
